Exquisite fig jam from Almoharín that Regadhigos makes by hand in its facilities.
The fig is collected and dried in our dryers in the shelter of the Sierra de Almoharín.
Later it is washed, remaining intact in flavor and intensity, and ready to be transformed into jam through an artisanal process that we have been developing and perfecting for centuries in our town.
Once elaborated, it is packed in glass jars for later commercialization.
The product keeps all its nutritional and healthy properties intact.
